In loving memory of Anderson S.K. Ku, 87, who passed away peacefully into the presence of His Lord on July 7, 2017 at Saanich Peninsula Hospital.
Born and raised in Maoming, Kwantung China, Anderson moved to Hong Kong in his early 20’s. There he met and married his wife, Monica; and had three children – Angela, Alex and Margaret.
Anderson worked hard to complete his Bachelor and Masters degrees while working full-time and raising a family. He had a distinguished career in Education in Hong Kong. He became the President of the Hong Kong Teachers Association in the early 1970s. After immigrating to Canada, he continued in his education career in Victoria. Then Anderson had a successful career as a Life Insurance agent and a realtor.
Anderson loved his family and was devoted in helping his children and grandchildren succeed in their education and career.
A Celebration of Life service will be held in the Sequoia Centre at McCall Gardens on Friday, July 21, 2017 at 1:00 pm, 4665 Falaise Drive, Victoria, BC. The Visitation is scheduled for Thursday, July 20, 2017, 4:00 pm -6:00 pm.
