Years have passed since Art passed on … and many more years have passed since Art (Mr. Laxton) and gracious hostess Dorothy mentored and influenced ‘life’ behaviours during early banking careers – and on many pleasant occasions very kindly hosted young bankers … in my setting while with other colleagues … while employed in Kitimat. So, again, these many years and memories later, it’s with thoughtful intent to even now commend and thank two influential persons within my life!

I wish to send my condolences to the family, and especially to Wayne with whom my husband, John Geisinger, and I worked in New Denver, BC in 1967. I am so sorry for your loss, Wayne.

  • Valerie Boal

It was with great sadness that I read of Arthur’s passing today. He always had a great story to tell when we met. I know he was happier to see me on the way out of the dental visit than on the way in. My thoughts to Dorothy and to all the family.

    Valerie, Dr. Kean’s dental office
