Kathy and family, Celia and I send our deepest condolences. Cliff was a work mate in the BC Forest Service Reforestation Division and was a big help to me when we were expanding the provincial forest nursery program to 75 million trees by 1975. He was Mr. Unflappable expediting all the paper work needed at the time. We and our family have many memories of those days. May you and yours take comfort in knowing others care. God bless you and Cliff may he rest in peace, Bruce Devitt retired forester

My condolences to the family. I met Cliff many years ago in the Esquimalt Sportsmen Curling League. Cliff was always smiling and his sense of humor made all of us laugh especially after the game sitting around having a beer. My goal was not to match him shot for shot when we played his team but to try to out wit him during our social meetings after the game. I am glad I had the opportunity to spend time with him and he will be missed by all of us, A GREAT GUY!
