  • John Boone

It was so sad to read that John had passed away, and I offer my sympathy and condolences. We both grew up in Oliver of pioneering families, we both were active in Boy Scouts, and we crossed paths from time to time at UBC. John had a fine and positive disposition and I recall him as one whose cheerful nature was always welcome. To all of the family: my deepest sympathy.

    Dear Karen, Jennifer and Michael,
It’s hard to realize John’s long painful ordeal is over.He always had such a warm smile greeting us regardless of how he was actually feeling in these last years. You have lost a very caring humble husband and father who loved you all so much. I do not have the words to express how empty the world is to know of his passing.John had a special spark that could always leave you feeling a little brighter. He will be genuinely missed by all of us.
    Love Liz and Bill Hulbert

( regretfully we will be unable to join you on Sunday as we are out of town)
