I am so sorry to hear of Joe’s passing. I was a fellow Ship mate on the Canadian Coast Guard Ship “Camsell” As a fairly New ship member, Joe was quick to lend advice on the ” Procedures” of the crew interactions. Drank a lot of coffee over the few years we sailed together, Including The Arctic Trips in The Early Eighties. Funny how much you learn about each other and families when confined that long together, and I learned he was very proud of his early life in Malta and even more of Family. He was a Very nice man, and his loss is felt all the way here in Edmonton by myself. God’s Speed
