Kathleen Raper (nee Griffin) passed away on Saturday, February 17, 2018, five days before her 88th Birthday at The Heights at Mt. View, Victoria, BC. She was born on February 22, 1930 in Driffield, England. Kathleen’s Dad (Robert) died when she was 16. Three years later on February 9, 1949, Kathleen and her Mom (Lucy) came to Canada. Kathleen resided in Toronto until 1967. Kathleen, her husband (Maurice) and three children drove across Canada to British Columbia where Kathleen enjoyed the West Coast for the remainder of her life.
Survived by her son Gerald (Diane), and two daughters Karen and Linda (Brian) and seven grandchildren.
Thanks to the caring staff at The Heights at Mt. View who made her final years comfortable.
