It is with great sorrow we announce the passing of our beloved mother Muriel. She passed peacefully surrounded by her family on October 5, 2017 in Victoria, BC. She was born on June 1, 1927 at home on 5th Street in Victoria, BC.
Predeceased by her husband Raymond Glenn Short in 2005, she is survived by her children Pam (Jake), Kerry (Linda), Susie (Ron), Chris; 7 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Mom was devoted to her family, always supportive and very much a glass half full lady and we loved her for it!
A Celebration of Muriel’s Life will be held in the Sequoia Centre at McCall Gardens, 4665 Falaise Drive, Victoria, BC on Sunday, October 22, 2017 at 1:30 pm.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to BC Children’s Hospital.
