Steven was born on November 9, 1959, in Victoria, BC; passed away peacefully on August 1, 2017. Predeceased by his father, Clifford and sister Deborah. Survived by his loving mother Sheila Sandwith.
In the past, Steven worked many years at the Dockyard.
Special thanks to the staff at Royal Jubilee Hospital.
In keeping with his wishes, there will be no service.
