I worked at Saanich Municipality for 30 years, and worked with Alec Keiser. He was very professional and friendly, a pleasure to work with. I have run into him over the years in the mall or at other funerals.and it always a pleasure to talk to him. He was one in a million, very knowledgeable and proud to be senior plumbing inspector. I will miss him

My sincere condolences to Alec’s family. Have many good memories of Alec when we were at school together. Appreciate him helping with the plumbing inspection of my daughter’s house when she built it.

    In remembrance,

I met your dad in the late 60’s. I was a carpenter then. We worked a few jobs back then, had quite a few beers together!
I became a commercial fisherman, but I still ran into Alec here and there. Later on I saw him a lot, as he liked to walk down to Fisherman’s wharf. He was always interested in what the boats were doing. He was a sweet guy…I’m going to miss him!
