Allan died peacefully in hospital on January 5, 2019, leaving behind his loving wife of 61 years, Diann; three children, Gary, Gwen (Terry) and Dwayne (Kim); grandchildren; great-grandchildren; his siblings, Donald (Betty), Doreen (Sam), Robert (Linda), Maurice (Doreen), Gordon (Karen) and Joyce (Gabriel).
A Celebration of Life will be held in the Sequoia Centre at McCall Gardens, 4665 Falaise Drive in Victoria at 1 pm on Saturday, January 19, 2019.
