Gordon,  a well-known local professional photographer, left us on October 14, 2021.

Gordon had lived in Victoria BC all his life. Ever since he was a child, he had developed a strong interest in photography. During his teenage years, he could be seen shooting 8mm movies at events all over town and snapping photos everywhere.

He attended the Western Academy of Photography in the late 80s, and eventually established his own professional photo studio in 1991, specializing in portraits and weddings.

With the digital technology evolution, Gordon adapted very quickly and successfully transformed his business model from analog to digital and continued to invest heavily into the latest and greatest photo gear and printing facility.

With his high caliber equipment and his endless energy, he established a reputation among his clients that he could tackle any kind of assignments any time, any place, wherever there were sports events.

Gordon was preceded in death by his father, Yut Chor. He will be greatly missed by his mother, Chung Mee, brother, Wyman (Sandy), nieces, Janet (Mike), Stefanie (Eric), and Caitlin, grandnieces, Natalie, Selena and Aliyah, an uncle and numerous aunts, cousins, and friends.

A private service will be held. A celebration of life will be held in the future.
