Ian passed away peacefully at Royal Jubilee Hospital in Victoria, BC on March 19, 2018. He was predeceased by his wife of 65 years, Joyce, in 2017. He is survived by his three sons, Leonard, Christopher and Timothy.
Ian was a hardworking and supportive family man who served the Municipality of Oak Bay as Treasurer for 39 years. Ian always maintained his sense of humour and optimism. May his light continue to guide us.
