    To Tory and Kayleigh,

I worked with your Father for about 20 years when he was a draftsman. Ken produced hundreds (thousands?) of engineered drawings and sketches and every one of them gave a boost to the industry standard for presentation. He was always easy going and fun to work with. Ken struggled greatly with the loss of your Mother and the gang at the office struggled through that with him. He was so concerned about his two well-loved kids and he never wavered in his dedication to ensuring that you had his full support and attention – a wonderful response especially with the pain of losing Judy. I am sorry for your loss and sadness but know you must have many memories of this fine man and wish you happiness as you remember your times with him.

Ken was a an excellent teacher of calligraphy. He taught us with such humour and yet still managed to instill the attention to detail of a draftsman. He will be missed.

    To Tory and Kayleigh,
My sincere condolences for your loss. I went to Northridge with you, and I fondly remember your dad coming into the class to do calligraphy with us. He was warm and patient. He wrote my name for me and I was blown away that someone could write so beautifully. I kept it as a sign on my bedroom door for many years. I am sure I am among countless others who were touched by your dad’s artistry and generosity.
All the best to you in this difficult time.
