My deepest condolence’s to the family. I met Lawrie in Gimli, When Ashley, Molly and Jessica came to Manitoba to visit him. My sister and myself drove to Gimli to see Ashley and Miss Molly. A few times. Lawrie was so kind and made us feel at home in the cabin. He loved taking the kids for ice cream. Or if we wanted to take Ashley out he would jump right in and tell the girls he would take them swimming. My heart breaks for all the family of this kind and gentle man.
    RIP dear heart. Donna Olender
