Lily Richmond was a very special lady and a close neighbour. She will be missed by all her family and friends. Her daughter Sylvia, and sons Wayne and Mark were my immediate neighbours and Lily always treated me as a son. She will be missed by so many but never forgotten. Rest in peace. My sincere condolences to her wonderful family. Stan

I would like to express our sincere condolences to my old friend Charlie, his daughter Sylvia, and sons Wayne and Mark, and their families. I think of the family often and will always remember the good advice that Lily gave to me, when I first arrived in Victoria 35 years ago. “LADY” Lily will always be remembered. God bless her wonderful life and our friendship. Our prayers go out to her family. With love; Laurence (Horrible Herb) and Lilian Sprowl

  • Wayne Albertson

She was a very special lady in my life as I grew up. I remember the day me and Wayne took her car for a spin, but it came back with a lot less tread on her tires.
Wayne, so sorry for your loss so near to Christmas.
