To the family of Margaret Bassett, Marg was a nursing classmate of mine in the class of ’64. She was a lovely, kind and gentle person. I enjoyed all my interactions with her and never did I hear harsh or negative comments from her. From her obituary, she sounded like the kind of person I would have liked to be friends with-with her love of her home and garden. I left Victoria after graduation and did not return until after my husband retired from the military. Our other classmates said that Marg had chosen not to attend get togethers which disappointed us but which we respected. She was always remembered fondly and her name always came up at reunions. I will be thinking of you in your time of grief and be assured that she will be remembered fondly. Pam Goodwin(nee McMillan)
