Passed away peacefully January 20, 2019 in the hospital following complications from surgery. He was born and raised in Victoria, BC; worked in the wood industry before retiring from BC Forest in 1989.
He is predeceased by his wife, Sina; parents, Amrik (Gurdip) and birth mother, Tej Kaur; younger brother, Karnail; grandson, Harpaul. Survived by sons, Herb (Soraya), Dale (Sande); grandchildren and great-grandchildren, Shanon (Andrew), Jessika, Alex, Richard and great-grandson Jace. Darshan (Katherine), Melanie (Charles), Dylan, Tyler, Haylee (Tony), Lucas and Mila, and many brothers, sisters and their families.
A Celebration of Life will be held in the Sequoia Centre at McCall Gardens, 4665 Falaise Drive, Victoria, BC on Friday, January 25, 2019 at 2:00 pm.
