I was very sorry to hear of Sally’s passing and I extend my condolences to her family. I knew Sally through our financial planning practices dating back to the early 1990’s. We affiliated our practices, along with a few others, to have a cross-Canada presence. Always such a pleasure to work with her. She was never lacking in wisdom and humour.

Again, my condolences to you all.

    Dear Glen
I am shocked and so sad to read of Sally’s passing. I was fortunate to get to know her well when she sold her financial planning practice to TE Wealth in Vancouver while I was the manager of that office. She was such a lovely, funny and positive person who was a joy to be around. Her clients thought so highly of her and she had a sterling reputation in the Financial Planning profession and was thought of highly by peers. TE was honored to take over her practice when she retired. My sincere and deepest condolences to you. Sincerely, Graeme

  • John Wellman

    Our hearts are with you.

I was shocked and saddened to read about Sally’s death. She was always such a warm and laughing person. I always saw her shopping for groceries and we would stop for a chat, I will miss that. Take care. Love Melanie and Steven.

I have many happy memories of Sally from our work and travels together as members of the Financial Planning Standards Council Panel of Examiners. Her upbeat attitude and sense of humour made our long meetings less of a chore. I will always remember her sense of fun and her supportive approach. My sincere condolences to Sally’s family.

    Dearest Sally
Well, who could have imagined this moment. Sitting here, I am filled with love and sadness knowing that you have left us. What will we do on the Land Stewardship Committee without your passion, honesty, good sense and warmth. I will always remember your lovely hugs and how much you loved the croissants and coffee. Mostly, however, I will remember how you kept me on my toes!
You will always be with me and I will always look to your guidance concerning the future of this beautiful land we enjoy. I will see you walking McGee and hear you next door making Sally G. laugh!
    Sweet and peaceful journey Sally.
    All my love
    Richard
