Sin Ying Pang peacefully passed into God’s glory on May 9, 2022 in Victoria, BC.

She was born on April 15, 1930 in China.

Predeceased by her husband, To Leung, in 1981. Sin Ying is survived by her children, Simon (Patricia), Dennis (Theresa), Ellen (Richard), Eric (Cindy), and grandchildren Samantha, Gwyneth, Stephanie (Brendon), Ronald (Ophelia), Justin (Yumi), Patrick and Derrick, great grandchild Ethan.

She had lived in Hong Kong most of her life until she moved to Victoria in 1992 and enjoyed her retirement life with friends and relatives.  Sin Ying was a devoted member of the Victoria Chinese Alliance Church since 1992 until she left for heaven.  She will be greatly missed by those who are close to her.

A celebration of Sin Ying’s life will be held in the Sequoia Centre at McCall Gardens, 4665 Falaise Drive, Victoria, BC on Monday, May 16, 2022 at 2:00 pm.

In lieu of flowers, donation may be made to Victoria Chinese Alliance Church, 2845 Gosworth Road, Victoria, BC, V8T 3C6
