It is with great sadness that I announce that my mom, the matriarch of the Campbell family, Winnifred Eleanor Campbell has quietly passed last night, surrounded by loving family. She was a long-time resident of Qualicum Beach and will be very greatly missed by all that knew her.
Predeceased by her long-time spouse and husband Peter John Campbell, her daughters Lana Lynne Diane Campbell Matthews Greene, Earline Campbell Butler, and her son Bruce Samuel Campbell. “Winnie” is survived by her remaining grown children; Barbara Campbell Peterson (h. David), Christine Mansfield (h. Earl), Debbie Carpentier, and Heather Cynthia Campbell Sonsalla and their families.
Her legacy will survive in fond memories and stories told to and by her many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A Funeral Service will be held in The Sequoia Center, at McCall Gardens, 4665 Falaise Drive, on Friday, December 9, 2022, at 1:00pm. For those unable to attend in person, you are invited to attend virtually via zoom link below:
