Gone to be with Allisen. Ken was born in Victoria on August 25, 1924. He passed away peacefully on January 17, 2013. He was predeceased by his wonderful wife Allisen on August 14, 2002 and his daughter Bonnie on July 16, 1974. He leaves to mourn his daughter Donna MacLennan (Ken) in Edmonton; grandchildren Wade Healey (Kelly) in Calgary and Serena Cooper (Axel) in Calgary; great-grandchildren Madison, Payton and Teagan; sister Grace Wigmore (Bill); niece Gayle Wigmore; nephews Gordon Shipway and Pat O’Connor (Kaye). He also leaves his very dear friend Judy Smith, whom he met when Allisen was in hospital in 2002.
Ken attended Burnside School and Vic High. He joined the RCAF in 1943 and was discharged in 1946. His main line of work was in the automotive parts business and selling heavy machinery.
No service by request of Ken. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Saanich Peninsula Hospital Foundation, 2166 Mt. Newton Cross Road, Saanichton, BC V8M 2B2.

Kathy Swetnam I remember the many happy times Rob and I spent visiting with Ken especially during family gatherings. We always appreciated his keen sense of humour.
He will be missed. We offer our sympathies to his family and pray that God may ease your feeling of loss.

Miki, Donna and Jesse Gray Being the son, daughter-in-law and grandson of Allisen we too shared many memorable times with Ken and his loving wife. We had the pleasure of sharing many lovely dinners together in the past and just recently a nice visit with Ken and his nephew Gordon. We’d also like to thank Judy who took Ken under her wing and gave him so much support when he lost Allisen. We hope Ken and Allisen will have their final wish come true to be together forever on the beaches of Hawaii.

Our sympathies are offered to Ken’s family at this sad time in your lives. Ken will be missed by so many of his family. Del & myself remember Ken’s friendly approach to us when we gathered at family events over the years, also his sense of humour and his great interest in the family tree! Many happy memories of Allisen & Ken togethor also. During our 2009 reunion in Victoria our son Glenn commented on those two dashing looking gentlemen dressed in their fine outfits, Ken being one of them, also Bill Wigmore dressed in his pale green suit!
