Lisa Madsen Michael Creurer wrote and published a booklet “Safety Travel & Etiquette Tips for pedestrians on wheels” along with other useful documents. As an Occupational Therapist I have been recommending this document to other OT’s as a teaching resource, just as another OT recommended it to me. I am sad that our community has lost a man who obviously cared so about others. Thank you, Michael for sharing your wisdom.

Daniel Creurer As some humans are wont to do, I have not made the effort to keep in touch with my extended family, and only know of developments fortuitously heard here and there. I remember vividly when Michael and his mom contracted polio in 1951 and my mother went to help. For Michael, it was the beginning of a very painful life. Pain did not deter his spirit, however, and he lived a feisty life. Good on you, Michael and rest in peace!

Marie Powell My dear brother, Michael will be truly missed.
He was a kind, generous, courageous and brave man. So independent and had the ability to overcome most of his adversities in this life.It was an honor and a privilege knowing and growing up with him. I will miss his sense of humor and his smile.
He is at rest now. But not too much rest, he has some things to catch up on and is probably going to try and stir up the pot – go for it, Michael, you deserve it! Much love to you.

bob creurer Michaels struggles are over. I know he’s up there somewhere – soaring like an eagle – probably raising a little hell and making up for lost time.

Is this the Michael Creuer who attended BISHOP GRANDIN High School along with Raymond ? If so, I am sorry to hear that he died. We are trying to arrange a 50th high school reunion if Raymond would like to go, he can email me for the details. Again, my condolences.
