This came from the FB page of a Lady I just found out today had passed away last March 24, 2018. Her name is Leona. She met and married my Uncle Alex whom I loved so much I could barely stand it when I heard he had cancer and was terminal. That was in 1978. They met when he was in the hospital and they fell in love and married. She gave him 2 of the most loved years he had and until the day he died she cared for him and stayed with him every second. She was a nurse. Of course there was so much “stuff” that went on around this marriage but they fell in love and that was all I cared about. She made my Uncle Alex happy. I spent time with him that last two days of his life and went to his funeral but I could not go to the Cemetery. I collapsed in sorrow and had to leave. Several weeks ago Leona was heavily on my mind and heart so I sent her a Post to her Facebook page. I just HAD to say hello and to thank her for loving my Uncle Alex. Without me knowing – she died somewhere around that same time. I hope and pray she received my post. They gave me a couple of books and my Uncle had signed them. I still have those books. Yes, Leona – God knows exactly what He is doing and His timing is perfect!!! This comes from a short video on her FB page that fits remarkably well. Leona, yes, God knows – He really does know!!!

So sorry for your loss of your beloved Leona. I knew her back in the 1970’s in the Victoria SDA church and I heard she had not been well for some years. May you be comforted by your good memories of her life and her sunny personality. Hope we will all meet her again by and by.
