It is with deep sadness that the family of Ken Fox announce his passing on August 18, 2018 at the age of 65.  Ken will be sadly missed by his children Clayton (Rachelle) and Corrine (Russ) along with his grandchildren Reese, Paxton and Mack.  Also remembering Ken are his siblings Jim (Cathy)Fox, Sylvia (Bill) Baldwin, Bob (Elizabeth) Fox, Elaine (Jim) Grimmer, stepbrother Ian (Jacquie) Stewart, half-brothers Gordon Fox, Patrick Fox and half-sister Pamela Fox, as well as many nieces, nephews and friends.

Kenny was born and raised on the Saanich Peninsula and never left his roots. As soon as his feet could reach the pedals, he was driving the tractors on the family farm and his love of farming continued for the rest of his days. He was always ready and willing to explore new and innovative farm techniques.

Kenny spent his life building and nourishing a ‘sweet corn ’ legacy known as Silver Rill Corn on the Saanich Peninsula, a legacy he has now passed on to his children.

‘Sid’s passion for softball began at a very early age in Brentwood Bay.  Countless hours at the ballparks produced a wall full of trophies and many ballpark memories including provincial and even national championships.  His natural athletic abilities shone in every sport he played.

A Celebration of Life will be held at the Saanich Fairgrounds, 1528 Stelly’s X Road in Saanichton on Sunday, September 16th, 2018 at 1:00 pm.
