It is with great sadness in our hearts that we announce the passing of our mother, Irena Chojnacki (Gorzelanczyk) in Victoria, BC on September 15, 2018.
Irena was born on June 15, 1933 and is predeceased by her husband (Stefan) and son (Stefan Jr.). Irena is survived by her nephew Johnny Zmyslony (Marriete); her children Barb, Ed (Brenda), Gloria (Jan), Irene (Angelo), Stan (Dawn); her grandchildren Jason, Krystyna, Yanni, Marek (Nikki), Kevin (Avery), Emily (Alex), Marissa, Dylan, Quintino, Sofia, Kaitlyn, Natasha, Brittany, Leanne, Troy and her great-grandchildren Kaleb and Kolton.
A service will be held at Sacred Heart Church at 4040 Nelthorpe Street in Victoria, BC on September 26, 2018 at 1:00 pm with a reception to follow.
