Phyllis passed away at the Mount Tolmie Hospital in Victoria, BC on December 5, 2018. She was born in Newquay, Cornwall, UK on October 7, 1929 and was predeceased by her loving husband Eric in 1992.
Her loss will be mourned by friends and family worldwide.
Grateful thanks are extended to the staff at the Mount Tolmie Hospital for their caring and compassionate support during her long stay there.
