Just saw this now while searching to see how Blaine was doing. He was a great manager for me and mentor when I worked at Hub Meat Packers back in the 90s. Sorry for his loss.

Sad to just find out that Blaine had passed away. While I hadn’t seen him for some time (his days at HUB meat packers) I remember his infectious laugh and sense of humour.

I was so sad to hear of Blaine’s passing. Like many others here, I too worked with Blaine. No matter what time of day or what kind of pressure we were under Blaine always had a smile on his face and wanted to know how you were and too share a story about his family and life in general. I was genuine and kind and who cared so much about the work he did and our BC Pensions family. We will miss him immensely. RIP Blaine.
