Scott Piercy, born June 5, 1966, passed away on April 25, 2026, leaving behind a legacy defined by love, laughter, and an unmistakable presence that touched everyone around him.
A true legend in the Victoria community, Scott built a remarkable career as a realtor and businessman, earning respect not only for his success but for the relationships he formed along the way. Charismatic, charming, and endlessly outgoing, he had a gift for connecting with people. His sense of humor was unforgettable, and his constant, beaming smile made others feel instantly at ease.
Scott lived life with a wide reach and an even bigger heart. Whether he was coaching his daughters’ sports teams, showing up day after day giving his all at work, or simply being there for the people he loved, he did everything with energy, pride, and unwavering commitment. He was an all-around athlete, a dedicated professional, and someone who believed in showing up fully in every aspect of life—right up until his final days. His strength and resilience were an inspiration to all who knew him.
He was the beloved son of Marilynn Walker and his stepfather, Dan Walker, for whom he was a constant source of pride and joy. He was predeceased by his adoptive father, Clive Piercy, whose name he carried.
Above all, Scott was a proud and devoted father to his three daughters, Samara, Saisha, and Sela Piercy. They were the center of his world, and he was, without question, the best dad they could have ever hoped for.
Scott was loved immensely by his family, friends, and community, and his absence will be deeply felt. Though gone far too soon, his spirit, laughter, and impact will live on in all who knew him.
A Celebration of Scott’s Life will be held at Victoria Golf Club, on June 5th, 2026, starting at 2:00pm, honoring what would have been his 60th birthday. All who knew and loved him are invited to join in celebrating his life. Fun colors are encouraged.

Phil Hahn Scott clearly made a meaningful impact on Vancouver Island real estate and played an important role in building Engel & Völkers into what it became.
Leadership like that leaves a lasting legacy through the people mentored, the relationships built, and the culture created along the way.
My sincere condolences to his family, friends, colleagues, and everyone whose lives he touched. Wishing strength and peace to all during this difficult time.
Rest peacefully, Scott.
