Elspeth Alison England Brown (Thompson) born on October 12, 1928 in Victoria, BC and died on August 31, 2026, in Victoria, BC. Survived by her daughters Elizabeth Cooper, Cynthia Cosulich, son David Brown and their families. Predeceased by her husband Gordon Brown in 2017 and sister Isa Murdoch in 1999. A service will be held on September 29, 2026, at 2:00 pm at St. Philip Church, 2928 Eastdowne Road, Victoria, BC, with a reception to follow at the Victoria Golf Club, 1110 Beach Drive, Victoria, BC.
