Dear Madge, Bev and Mr. Pirie,
Madge, my very dear friend. My sympathies to you, Bev and your Dad. As you know, I lost my precious Mom to Alzheimer’s, so I understand all you have been through. I only met your parents once when you and I were working together in Kingston. The four of us shared a lovely dinner together at the Best Western. It was obvious to me that they truly adored each other. Keep your happy memories close to your heart.
Love,
Penny
I was sorry to hear of the passing away of your wife and mother. I have fond memories of her from Fort Frances days. My Mom
( Florence Gray) also passed away last June from Alzheimer’s so I know the ups and downs you have been through. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
Dear Brother. Madge and – Bev, My thoughts are with you at this sad time, As you grieve be comforted in the thought that Betty is now pain free and is at pease. Sincerely Aunt Ena.
We would like to thank all those who have expressed condolences on my mother’s passing and those who have expressed concern for my father who misses her dearly. It is very comforting to know she was so well thought of and remembered.
Our Mom was a wonderful caring and nuturing person with sincere concerns for all around her. As with many other families, we have lived apart from each other but she was thrilled when we would return to visit and always welcomed us with open arms.
If there was one thing my mother taught me it was that life was not win or lose proposition but an opportunity to show up and do your best. It is a legacy for all who knew her to share with the world in her memory.
