It is with great sadness that we have to announce the sudden passing of our beloved son, Colin.
He leaves behind his grieving parents, Rod and Sharon (Marcel); brothers, Rod (Sherry) and Shanon (Diana) and his sister, Lindsey. He will also be missed by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and other loved ones.
Colin’s sense of humor and generous heart will be greatly missed by all.
A Memorial Service will be held at Glad Tidings Church, 1800 Quadra Street, Victoria, BC on Saturday, September 22, 2018 at 1:00 pm. A Celebration of Life will follow at Colin’s mom’s home.

Colin, my bruu… it’s been almost 8 years since you left us, and there’s not a single day that has gone by where I don’t think about you and miss you more than words can describe. Sometimes, I’ll think about where you would have been nowadays if you were still around, what you would have accomplished, who you would have met, who you would have become, and who would have the fantastic opportunity of meeting you for the first time. My new boyfriend, Jason, and his daughter, Liv, being a couple of those people. They have made a huge, positive impact in my life, and I wish they could have met you because you were such a lovable human being with the best hugs! You guys would have gotten along so well, and I think you would appreciate everything they’ve done for me, especially after all the tragic, heartbreaking, life-changing events I’ve had to endure. I can only hope that you are here in spirit with us, and I hope you know how far I’ve come in life and all the things I’ve accomplished to get to where I am today. I also hope that you’re enjoying some heavenly grass with Betty White as you sit and watch everything in the world happening, eating heaps of mom’s spaghetti (dont forget the hot sauce!) even though she is still here with us. They would know how to make her pasta up there…they probably always do. I love you so much bruu, and I miss you constantly.
