Condolences to the Kroeker family on the passing of the wonderful Principal we had the privilege to know at Garden Grove School.

On the mornings I would walk my son (Carl) to school Mr. Kroeker would be waiting at the front entrance greeting all the students (may I add by their first name) as they entered.
My sons enjoyed their educational days at the school with Mr. Kroeker at the helm and now grown men manage a computer business in Winnipeg.

Yesterday reminiscing with my sons on this sad news we too stated Mr. Kroeker was so kind and gentle.

I now call Victoria my home but have wonderful memories of our days residing in Winnipeg.
Once again my deepest sympathy to the Kroeker family.

    Respectfully,
    Daphne Massey
(mother of Carl and David Massey)

I was so saddened to hear of Mr Kroeker’s passing. He was a wonderful man and great administrator. He was my very first principal and took me as a naive young teacher and helped me become the confidant , skilled teacher of today. I will always remember him for that. My thoughts are with you and your family at this very sad time.
