Born on August 8, 1940 in Nanaimo, BC and passed away on February 18, 2022 in Victoria, BC. As she joins her husband, 2014, she leaves behind her family members and many friends. She will be missed by all the lives she touched.
Celebration of Life & Reception will be held at the Sequoia Centre at McCall Gardens, 4665 Falaise Drive, Victoria on Friday, February 25, 2022 at 10:00AM. In consideration of others that are compromised, we as a family have decided that we would like all attendees to be vaccinated. Vaccine passports will be required. Zoom will be live 15 minutes prior to the service at 9:45AM.

I’m so grateful to have known Donna and her family since I was a young girl. We saw her as a woman that loved God with a steady strength and calm, with a heart of compassion who chose not to step back from the need and was a blessing to so many.
Our thoughts are with you.
My sincerest condolences to Deb and all the England family. I have many fond memories of Sunday school class with Mrs. England /candies from Mr. England’s pockets – and being welcomed at the house when hanging out with Deb. May the many warm memories soften the pain of grief – as time passes.
