Dorothy Alcock, Feb. 24, 1923, passed quietly into the presence of her Lord and Saviour on Jan. 3, 2014.
Dorothy was born in Victoria, BC and spent much of her life living here. She is predeceased by her parents, Ralph and Edith Alcock, her brothers Ralph, Fred, Bob and sister Edie, and her ministry companion, Sylvia Smith. She is survived by nieces and nephews and longtime friends. Her career and ministries included work with the Rainbow Christian Fellowship, and ministry to mothers and children in the Victoria area. She had a long time relationship with Central Baptist Church, Victoria.
On Tuesday January 14 , following an 11am graveside service at Royal Oak Burial Park , a 2 pm memorial service will be held at Central Baptist Church, 833 Pandora Street, Victoria, BC.
