It is with great sadness that we say goodbye to Elizabeth Tresidder. Her directness, infectious energy and willingness to help anyone made her a pleasure to be around. She passed away peacefully in Royal Jubilee Hospital after a three-and-a-half-year struggle with Young-Onset Alzheimer’s disease.
She is survived by her loving spouse Grant; brothers Richard and Ian; niece Laura and nephews Daniel and Ryan.
“Elizabeth will be deeply missed by all.”
At the request of the family, please consider a donation to the Alzheimer’s Society of BC, 300-828 W. 8th Avenue, Vancouver, B.C. V5Z 1E2.
Condolences may be offered to the family below.

Lorraine Duke My deepest condolences to the family for Elizabeth’s passing. I considered her a friend and colleague. I was around when her Mom suffered the same condition and passed and remember Elizabeth’s unbelievable energy. She was a formidable opponent in a game of racquet. We both really enjoyed the competition we shared. I am deeply saddened and shocked to hear about her condition.
I hope Elizabeth is no longer in pain. I sure missed her here at work. She was here one day and gone the next. This amazing soft, gentle, kind, compassionate soul was a pleasure to have in the office. My condolences for the family’s loss for a loved one who suffered too much for too long. May you all find solace some day in your most cherished fun, loving memories of her.
