We were very saddened to hear of Elsie’s passing. She was a wonderful woman, very kind and gentle. I remember her fondly growing up in Quispamsis, especially at Christmas time when our family would visit and I would get to play with my cousins. Bruce and I are thinking of you all at this sad time.

Dear Trudy, Karen, Cindy and families,

Leonora and I have been thinking of you and taking time today to send you our love and condolences in the passing of our “dear Elsie”.

She was a wonderful, caring person and we are so glad that during her last trip East that she was able to come and cross off one of her “Bucket List” items which was to stay in a room on the waterfront here in St. Andrews.

As with all the other times we got together, it was a very special visit, sitting on the balcony overlooking the St. Croix River and watching the sunset while all enjoying our glass of wine…… Will always be in our memories!!
(along with all the wonderful Christmas gatherings at Nanny White’s and other family events)

Elsie will be missed, but also leaves a wonderful legacy in being there for her children and grandchildren…

You are in our thoughts during the Memorial Service tomorrow and look forward to hopefully seeing you next summer.

    Love,
    Jamie, Leonora and families

    Trudy, Karen, Cindy, and Family:
I’m truly saddened by the recent loss of your mom Elsie. From the short time I met her I have seen nothing but goodness and kindness flow from her heart. She enjoyed family gatherings and the warm energy these events provided. She also loved to get dolled up and listen to the many stories which loved ones and friends spoke of. She will be certainly missed.
My deepest condolences to all but especially to her daughter Trudy.

  • Wanda and Brian Thomas

Dear Cindy, Trudy, Karen, Rob, and family,
Brian and I were so sorry to hear about Elsie’s sudden passing. I have many fond memories of your mom as we grew up like camping at Webster’s beach, and later helping out at family wedding and baby showers and most recently during my visit out West last summer. I’m so happy we got to spend that time together. She was a loving, caring Aunt and a good person.
Please remember we are thinking about you all during this difficult time.

  • Tara Stevens

I miss you more than words can possibly describe. You were the strongest and most caring person I have ever met. I am proud to call myself your granddaughter and I am sorry you’ll never meet your future great-grandchildren. Thank you, for the love and support you provided me over the years. I would not be the woman I am today if it wasn’t for your love and guidance. You taught me so much and I know I’ll see you again someday in heaven. Please tell my Mom and Grampie that I’ll see them again too. Also, give Daisy a treat, we know that dog missed you as much as you’ve been missing her!

She was always such a selfless woman, concerned more about others than herself; she gave so much to her family and friends. Please take care of yourselves and each other. I will hold her memory deep in my heart.
