These are always difficult times, but we can all look back on Auntie Lucille’s generous, thoughtful and prosporous life with confidence that she achieved lots and enjoyed all of her days. We will all remember her as the Matriarch of our Red Deer Reunion with fondness – there are few people who ever carried themselves as well she did. We are making a donation to the Cridge Centre in Auntie Lucille’s name. Please pass along our sympathy and thoughts to your families from us.

Bob, Joanne, Jody, Frank, Emily, Wyatt and the rest of the Macdonald family:
My deepest condolences to everyone, my thoughts are with you at this most difficult time.
I am remembering the good times from my teenage days hanging with Jody at her grandparents, and the feeling of being one of theirs. She made the best peanut butter marshmallow squares – I’ll never forget those! She was a very special lady and will be missed by many.
May the fond memories of good times ease the pain in the days to come for you all, and may you find comfort that she is at peace now with Scotty.
    Hugs and love,
    Michele and Caitlyn

For Flora and all of your family,
My love and thoughts are with you at this time.
May you receive strength at this time, knowing what a loving caring person Lucille was. How much she gave to others, with her time and her love.
She will be missed by all of you, her family, and all of the people that knew her through her volunteer work with her Church, Silver Threads and the support she gave to her many friends. Her sense of humour was so cute and that pretty smile encouraged others to forget their toubles.
She will be sadly missed. She was one Classy Lady.
    Love to you all,
    Teresa Butler
