Flo passed away peacefully on October 22, 2026, surrounded by her family. Flo was born in Carmarthenshire, Wales on September 18th, 1941. She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Alan; her 2 daughters, Sian (Egon) and Penny (Norm); grandchildren Gareth and Alyssa (Cal); brother Alun and her extended family in the U.K. Flo worked as a physiotherapist for over 40 years. She helped countless people and cared a great deal for her patients. She was a beautiful, kind, creative person who loved gardening, painting, sewing, knitting and travelling. Flo will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held in the Sequoia Centre at McCall Gardens, 4665 Falaise Drive, Victoria, BC on Monday, November 16, 2026, at 2:00 pm. A reception will follow.

In lieu of flowers, donations, if desired, may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, the Alzheimer Society and/or the Canadian Lung Association.
