SHELLEY, Frank Allen passed away suddenly in Victoria on June 24, 2003.
Frank was born in Vancouver BC on June 13, 1949. Predeceased by his father, Frank, his mother, Ermyne, and his brother, Michael. Survived and deeply missed by his loving wife, Hazel, his sisters, Barbara (Clive), and Susan, his nephews, Gary (Colleen), Kirby (Mary), Steve (Susan), Chris (Dianna) and his great-niece and nephew, Hayley & Eric. Lovingly remembered by his extended family and a host of dear friends and co-workers.
