KELLY, Frank Bernard – Passed away peacefully in Victoria, BC at the Victoria Hospice. Frank is survived by his wife, Faye; his five sons, Mike, Shaun, Tim, Dana and Phillip; his sister, Betty Kowalski and his brothers, Buster (Jean) and Jack (Hazel); and his six grandchildren.
Frank proudly served his country for 37 years in the Royal Canadian Air Force and retired in 1989 with the rank of Senior Captain.
A private family service was held. In lieu of flowers, a small donation may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society (Research Fund).
