On November 6, 2012, Frederick Hubert Stephensen passed away in the hands of our Lord at Oak Bay Lodge. Frederick is predeceased by his loving parents, Mr. and Mrs. Stephensen and his late partner, Carl Monech. Born in Long Beach, California. Mr. Stephensen was a life time resident of Victoria. He was a public servant who worked with the BC Liquor Control Board for many years. Fred is survived by his cousins, Eileen Le Blanc of Victoria and his cousins, Ann (John) Waters and their two sons, Ben and Edward. He is greatly missed by many of his neighbours, his dear friends Larry Trupp and Francis Outingdyke.
A small graveside service will take place at Ross Bay Cemetery on Thursday June 27, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. with Scott McLeod from Christ Church Cathedral officiating.
