Gary was born in Victoria and passed away peacefully at home in Victoria on November 17th.
Gary, was born as Bruce Gary Newlands and was the youngest son born to Bruce and Norma Newlands, He was adopted by his stepfather, Frank Allan upon his marriage to Norma Bernice Newlands when Gary was six years old.
