STROBEL, Gerold Walter passed away peacefully at home after a battle with cancer on April 14, 2006. Predeceased by his sons, Robert and Glen, he is lovingly remembered by his wife of 47 years, Elfrieda; daughters, Dianna (Tim) Hayes and Connie Wiebe; five grandchildren and one great grandchild.
A service of remembrance will be held at THE SALVATION ARMY VICTORIA CITADEL, 4030 Douglas St., on Thursday, April 20, 2006 at 1:30 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
