Gloria Rose Allan, 95, of Victoria BC, passed away peacefully on August 13, 2026. Born in Comox, BC, Gloria moved to Victoria BC early in her life to pursue a career and friendships. She was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, Kent Allan, who passed away in 2023. Together they loved nothing more than entertaining friends and family, filling their homes with music and unforgettable hospitality. They shared a passion for travel which took them around the globe to experience different cultures. Their accomplishments took them to live in diverse cities in North America, including Victoria, Vancouver, Calgary, Pender Island, and Los Angeles.
Gloria is survived by her daughter, Julie Muir (Robin), her two granddaughters, Katherine Deigan (Mike) and Sara Turner, her great-granddaughter Nova, and her brother Cal Woods and his family in Comox, BC.
At Gloria’s request, no formal funeral service will be held. Instead, family and friends are encouraged to share some stories and memories from over the years.
