Passed away at home on April 21, 2013. Predeceased by his wife of 43 years, Janice; and son-in-law, Greg, Gordon is lovingly remembered by his daughter, Joanne Howlett; granddaughters, Alysha and Jennifer; sister, Phyllis (Lorne) Broughton, brother, Don; as well as extended family.
A native Victorian, Gordon was born on January 14, 1931. Gordon drove truck for various companies and finished his career working for BC Transit.
Gordon’s request was to have cremation and in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
