JUBINVILLE, Irene Mary (nee Lapointe) – On march 10, 2007, the soul of Irene Jubinville went to meet her God. She was born on October 31, 1925 in Humboldt, SK. Predeceased by her husband, Ted; brother, Charles; her parents, Joseph and Georgina; and son-in-law, Brien Reierson.
Irene is lovingly remembered by her daughter, Darlene; son, Ted ; grandchildren, Joy and Jewel (John); nine great grandchildren. Irene is also survived by four sisters, Jean (Calgary), Blanche (Modesto, CA), Yvonne and Marie (Saskatoon); brothers, Bob, Joe, Daniel (Saskatoon), Ray, Paul (Edmonton) and Louis (Calgary); she will be missed by many extended family members and numerous friends.
Irene had the heart of a missionary, a prayer warrior who brought God’s Word to many through Holy Bible reference.
A celebration of Irene’s life will be held at McCALL BROS. FLORAL CHAPEL, Johnson and Vancouver Streets on Thursday, March 15, 2007 at 10:30 a.m. Major Phil Franco of the Salvation Army Victoria Citadel will officiate. Interment will follow at Royal Oak Burial Park. In lieu of flowers, the family request that you donate to the charity of your choice and God’s Blessing go with you.
