Peter Rassenti Hello Pat,
My sincere condolences to you on Jim’s passing. Jim was an important member of our volunteer construction team at the HCP for many years. He was a most reliable guy: you could always count on him to show up rain or shine on Wednesday mornings at the Gardens. Jim was always ready to take on whatever tasks were before us and his enthusiasm, energy and good spirits contributed to the camaraderie of our gang.
I left the Gardens last year and what I miss most is working with that group of volunteers. Jim mentioned to me more than a few times that he looked forward to us working and joking together.
My thoughts are with you in your time of grief. I hope to see you at the celebration of Jim’s life.
Sincerely, Peter Rassenti

Jane Bond Dear Pat – I was devastated to hear about Jim and will miss him so much. I loved his humour and willingness to do anything and everything at Outerbridge. I went to him a couple of times to see if he could fix a gardening tool or something and he always had a positive answer and in no time the job was done. Having lost my own husband a few years ago, I have some idea what you are going through. But nonetheless it is a lonely journey. I know you have family and friends to support you but please remember that all your friends at Outerbridge are there for you too. If there is anything we can do, please let us know.
I hope you will be able to come down for coffee one Thursday morning. In the meantime, a big hug for you.
Jane
