Joan Andrews was born in Montreal September 23, 1934 and died February 10, 2011. She was preceded in death by her father the Reverend Canon Stanley Andrews and her mother Margaret Norman McRae Andrews. The family gives thanks to all those who have cared for Joan, especially Carol Craveiro, Sharon Wadsworth and Canon Sue House. We are also grateful for the people, choir and clergy of St. Mary the Virgin, Oak Bay, who have over many years provided a warm spiritual home for her.
A Service of Celebration for Joan’s life will take place at 11:00am, February 16, 2011 at St. Mary the Virgin Anglican Church,1701 Elgin Road, Victoria, BC V8R 5L7. In lieu of flowers memorial gifts may be made to St. Mary’s. Condolences may be offered at www.mccallbros.com.
