Hello Dave & family, We are very saddened to learn of Johanna’s passing. I worked with Johanna at Hudson’s Bay Mayfair for 6 years when she worked in Ladies wear. We always shared a laugh about our customers and she was always helpful to me in my work in Visual Presentation. Johanna always checked on me during inclement weather as I travelled from Yellowpoint each day, wanted to make sure I was ok. Her smile, laugh & caring will be greatly missed. We are so sorry for your loss.
    Sincerely
    Susan & Mike Carr

It is with a sad heart that I write this note. Katherine and I knew Johanna and Dave thru mutual friends. The time we spent in the company of Johanna and Dave were always at funfilled occasions. With a group of friends we all traveled to New York city where we spent 3 funfilled days then boarded a cruise ship and sailed to Quebec City. She will be missed but never forgotten.

Johanna was a bright light and so much fun at RCB in California. I didn’t know David and Johanna long but what a connection we felt, it was immediate! Johanna and I played pickleball and we both were awful, but we enjoyed it! We would laugh! She was delightful and always a smile on her face! David and Johanna were quite the dancers! She will be missed by many!

So much love and prayers to the whole family. I have so many happy , fond memories as a young girl with Tracy as my closest friend …. Swimming in the pool, Johanna making us chocolate ‘hale sandwiches … with white bread , which was unheard of in my house . Her happy self , humming away to Rod Stewart or doing a little dance .. she was a cheerful lady always there with open arms and a smile that lit up a room.
    Always on our hearts♥️♥️♥️
