John Frederick David Higgins, born April 30, 1942 in Manchester, England. Passed away peacefully in Victoria, BC on July 28, 2014. Lovingly remembered by his wife, Jacqueline; daughter, Rachael and granddaughter, Melissa.
Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, August 2, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at St. George the Martyr Anglican Church, 3909 St. George’s Lane with Canon Dr. Richard LeSueur officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to a charity of your choice. Condolences may be offered to the family below.
